About the team
Hello, we are Isabel (14) Lotte (13) Thyme (13) and Ivan (13). We got the subject: friendship. We have to learn and find things out about friendship. It is great to learn things about friendship because it is the thing that makes people connected. Since it wasn't totally clear when we had time to work on it and when our dead line was, we made our action plan as easy and doable as possible. We hope you like our page and also learn something about friendship, because friendship is important everywhere in the world. And you definetly can't miss out on it. Good luck, The team |

We made some questions that we can ask our grandparents and parents during a interview about friendship. Ivan and Lotte are going to interview 2 parents and 2 grandparents because it was not possible for Isabel and Thyme to interview anyone.
Interview Questions: 1. What do friends mean to you? 2. How important are friends to you? 3. Do you think you need friends? 4. How was friendship in your time? 5. Where do you need friends for? (We asked 2 parents and 2 grandparents) |

2. They are very important, they make you feel comfortable and they are hopefully always honest to you.
3. It is nice to have some friends but it is also important to have 1 very good friend which you can rely on, like your family. I think everyone needs someone to talk to.
4. I think friends are just as important as back in the day. We did the same things as now, we didn't go play on our phone or on the xbox but we did just play games and we had just as much fun.
5. You can be serious with them but I think the most important thing is: having fun!
Grandma Lotte:
1. I have a very good friend which I can share my secrets with and she can share her secrets with me. We are comfortable with that. I really like that I have someone to talk to. But my biggest friend is my husband. He is always nice. He will take a bullet for me and he is sweet and honest. He means everything to me.
2. I had a friend in college which I talked to a lot. I visited her almost every day. I really liked talking to her. And it really felt like she was a friend. I liked that feeling. It means a lot to me.
3. I am an actor and now I have friends with the same hobby. They are very different then friend I had on middle school or high school. It is nice to have some good friends. Although some of them weren't as nice as the others, I really liked spending time with them. So I think you really need friends.
4. When I was younger I didn't have many real friends. We usually just played on the streets with my sisters and some neighbours. There was 1 boy which was very special. We wrote secret letters to each other because in my time it was a very bad thing to hang out with boys. My grandma couldn't know.

Friendship at the time your parents/grandparents were your age? For the biggest part: just as important as back in the day. There were some differences in how they played.
